Our service proposition: what can you expect from TFM LLP?
TFM LLP will provide you with a holistic financial planning service at Chartered Financial Planner level. As well as mortgages and life assurance, TFM can offer you bespoke financial advice on the following issues;

Our process can be summarised as follows:
A formal introduction and explanation of our regulatory status and scope of our permissions under FSA (Financial Services Authority) rules, and an agreement regarding remuneration at outset.
Fact finding: to know the facts about your situation, the only way we can be sure to offer correct advice.
A discussion of your objectives; we will listen closely to what you want.
Risk profiling: we will use tools developed to explore your attitude to investment risk in a structured way.
Research: we will research a solution from a whole of market basis for Pension and Investment business.
Portfolio construction: we will construct a portfolio tailored to your individual circumstances and objectives based on the facts provided and our discussion of your objectives to meet your attitude to risk.
Report: we will report to you in full PRIOR to you committing to any course of action. Our report will form the agenda for the presentation of the solution to your financial planning needs.
This is a key element of our service as it ensures that you are provided with clear information, that the advice is suitable for you in your circumstances, and that the solution performs as you have been led to expect.
We welcome your feedback and will gladly make any amendments agreed in discussion of our report. Our priority is to ensure that all clients feel comfortable with their portfolio and the attendant risks.
Implement: we will implement the solution by assisting you with the necessary paperwork and where appropriate, HMRC documentation.
Review: We will provide you with an ongoing annual review service in order to ensure that the solution continues to meet your needs going forward.
Communication: where necessary, we will bring relevant external factors to your attention. This does not mean that we will alter the solution put in place without your knowledge and consent.
What it does mean is that in the event of unforeseen circumstances we will make contact and discuss your options, the ongoing suitability of your solution, or possible changes we believe may be to your advantage.
What will we expect from you?
TFM will expect to work in Membership with you.
For this to work, you will need to engage and to communicate with us. Financial planning is a two way street.
Our constant endeavour is to present the solutions for our client’s needs as clearly and understandably as possible.
We will not expect you to become a financial expert, but we do aim to increase your understanding of your finances.
We will expect you to respond to communication in a timely fashion. Many things are time sensitive, particularly when they are based on investment values which change every day.
This will help ensure you are kept current and help manage out duplicating work.
We will expect your authority in writing where we are to make amendments for you as a result of ongoing review.
